These terms cover your use of happyhunter.shop and anything you buy from Happy Hunter ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Who we are

Happy Hunter is a small clothing and goods brand based in the United States. Our checkout, payments and customer accounts are run by Shopify. Our products are made in small runs and shipped by our production partners, Printful and Tapstitch.

2. Orders and prices

All prices are in US dollars. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is unavailable, the price or description was clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud. Sales tax and shipping are shown at checkout before you pay.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card number.

4. Shipping and returns

Shipping times and our replacement policy are set out in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

5. Your account

Customer accounts sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, so there is no password to guess or leak. Keep access to your email account secure, because anyone who can read it can sign in as you. You can close your account and ask us to delete your data at any time from happyhunter.shop/account.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use the site to break the law, to attempt to access accounts or systems that aren't yours, to interfere with the site's security or operation, to scrape it at volume, or to place fraudulent orders.

7. Our designs

The Happy Hunter name, logo, lettering, artwork and photos on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Buying a product gives you the product, not the right to reproduce its design.

8. Disclaimers and limits

The site is provided "as is." Colors on screen may differ slightly from the printed product. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your home country or state requires otherwise.
